Since its founding in 2005, Information Results Corporation has prioritized customer support. And so it follows that we would be investing internally in finding and implementing the very best service desk platform.
But we wanted more than just a great service desk. We envisioned a platform that would unify management of all company departments — using a service management model. Jira Service Desk and Confluence turned out to be the right platform to accomplish our goals.
Beginning in 2018, Information Results Corporation invested 18 months migrating all internal operations to Atlassian’s server platform. The end result? A comprehensive, integrated platform for managing all of our internal work, as well as for providing superb customer support.
