Our Work: Phone System Migration

As a LogMeIn Partner, Information Results often has the opportunity to provide start to finish installation of a modern cloud phone system.

We were contacted by Fr. Frank Silva, the Pastor at St. Irene Catholic Church, regarding replacing their system.  Our team visited their office, discussed options and setup a plan to upgrade their entire system, including installing new Polycom phones and running new wiring.

We also worked closely with the office administrator to create a dial plan, and record the scripts that would direct callers to the right department.  The project also included adding phones to the main church building, which unified all extensions for their team for the first time.

As with all such projects, the team at Information Results took care of all the details, which included, to name a few:

• porting of phone numbers from the existing provider
• duplicating existing extensions
• creating and testing the dial plan
• running ethernet cabling to new locations
• testing the entire system

We thorougly enjoyed working with the team at St. Irene Church and found great satisfaction in providing them with a new phone system!
