Our Onsite Service Area

Information Results provides onsite services to business locations within approximately 15 miles of our offices.  The list includes these towns:

Acton, Ayer, Bedford, Bolton, Boxborough, Billerica, Burlington, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Devens, Groton, Harvard, Hudson, Lancaster, Lexington, Lincoln, Littleton, Lowell, Marlborough, Maynard, Shirley, Stow, Sudbury, Waltham, Wayland, Westford and Weston.

We also provide remote support to businesses across the U.S. and Canada.

Services We Provide

Service Area Details Notes
Operating System Ensuring all devices are kept up to date with operating system releases and patches. Includes PC/Mac.
Software Ensure proper operation of most common software used daily, for example: Word Processing, Backup, and Anti-Virus software. Requires customer to purchase appropriate software license(s).
Network Ensure Network (hard wired and wireless) is operating optimally. Resolve connectivity issues as needed.
Desk Phones Upgrade an obsolete phone system, install a modern phone system, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
Email General support and troubleshooting for common email tasks. Limited to work related email accounts
Printers Ensure that printers are online and can be printed to. Connectivity only.  Excludes hardware issues/repair.
Disaster Recovery Work with customer to develop an on-prem or cloud-based backup strategy. Requires customer to purchase appropriate software license(s).
Service Requests Specific requests for service in any of the categories listed above. Any employee with a Service Desk account may create Service Requests online.
Special Projects For example: new computer setup, email migration, phone system installation, hardware moves, hardware/software recommendations, data integration/migration. Depending on the project scope, these may require a separate quote for services.

Do we need a minimum number of computers/devices to sign up for your services?

We don’t have a specific minimum. We offer many levels of small business IT support. During our initial consultation with you, we look at your entire office and determine what level of service your business needs.

What types of devices do you support?

We support the following devices:

  • Desktop phones
  • Related networking hardware/software
How are you able to keep track of all our computers and network?

Our specialized software is able to securely monitor your network, computers and WiFi. It proactively notifies us in the event that there are any issues that need to be addressed with your environment.

Do you do residential computer and network support?

No. We only service business locations.

Do you do work remotely, or on-site?

Most of our remote IT support services can be performed from anywhere, allowing us to serve clients across the U.S. and Canada.

If onsite visits are needed, we can do this within 20 miles of our Boxboro, MA office.

Do you run ethernet cable for customers?

Yes, as part of an existing phone system or networking project.

How quickly do you respond to customer requests for help?

It depends on the priority of the request. When you create a Service Request, you assign it a Priority (from 1 to 5) indicating the importance to you.

We act more quickly depending on the priority of the request. Generally speaking, you can use these numbers as a guideline.

Yes, we can do these, if the from/to business locations are both within 20 miles of our Boxboro, MA office.
